Power Driver
A Power Driver is used to attach a cutter sleeve to a power drill with a 1/4 inch chuck. This method makes quick work of collecting multiple asbestos samples and makes it easier to sample asphaltic material. Some jurisdictions may prohibit the use of powered sample collection devices.
